1. Payment Terms

• For Small Projects: A 50% upfront payment is required before starting any project, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery.
• For Large Projects (exceeding two months): The project payment will be divided into three or more installments, with specific milestones agreed upon before starting.

2. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights

‍

• Upon project completion and full payment, clients receive ownership of the final design files.
• Portfolio Use: I reserve the right to include completed projects in my professional portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing. However, if there is any breach of contract by the client, portfolio sharing rights are retained.

3. Revisions

• One free revision is provided if requested within the first two weeks following project delivery.
• Additional revisions beyond this will incur an extra charge based on the requested changes.

4. Confidentiality

‍

• I respect client confidentiality and will not share or display sensitive project information unless permitted by the client.

5. Project Termination

‍

• If the client wishes to terminate the project after work has begun, payment will only be required for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation point.
• No Refunds are provided for work already completed, as significant time and effort are invested in the process

6. File Delivery

‍

• Final design files are delivered once the complete project payment is received.

7. Client Communication & Response Time

‍

• Timely responses are essential for project progress. Clients are required to respond to messages and project queries within one week.
• If the client becomes unresponsive for over 15 days, the project may be paused. Additional fees may apply to restart paused projects, depending on the delay length.
